Like many private practices, Empire Psychological Services is not IN with every insurance provider. If your insurance isn’t listed, we ARE NOT in network with them. We also don’t accept Medicare or Medicaid. We also do not offer payment plans for our services and on a limited basis, we may have sliding scale options for therapy services.

We provide a superbill with all the appropriate insurance codes so you can seek reimbursement if you have out-of-network benefits. Out-of-network means you pay for insurance that covers doctors who are not in the insurance provider’s network.
